Tuesday dinner - Empanadas (from the Farmers Market)
Starting Wednesday back on the healthy eating diet!

I enjoy this "taco truck" you speak of.
It was actually a Korean Taco truck - don't ask the details. Just know that at 1:30something AM it is awesome.
